We look at your property and determine if it might be suitable for our purposes in terms of location and a number of other factors

You confirm with your mortgage provider (if applicable) whether you are able to use it for serviced accommodation, if not, you can speak to them to try and get that agreed

We sign a management agreement with you which means we will pay you monthly rent and we rent the property out to guests, or we buy the property from you on a protracted sale

We will spruce up the property and furnish it if needed

We will take professional pictures of the property and list it on a number of online travel agencies or we have professionals or students living together in a co-living or shared house setup

A professional house-keeping company comes in to clean the property on a regular basis, keeping the place in great condition throughout

You do not need to get involved in any of the booking or low-level maintenance - you just get your rent every month
